This paper provides an education plan for the Northern Secwepemc te Qelmucw (NStQ) as they prepare for treaty and fulfill their vision of self-determination. This education plan includes the training of the NStQ community members and front-line managers in order to increase their numbers within the organization's government, and to increase their competencies in order to handle the change to the NStQ post-treaty governance model. --Leaf ii.
