The focus of this project is on the interactions of the University of Northern British Columbia's Exempt Employee Group (EEG) with senior University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) administrators, and how UNBC's EEG counterparts in other Canadian universities are structured, what factors provide the greatest level of job satisfaction and how these employees interact with their senior administrators. --P.2.
