Abstract
This report documents and explores the practical, personal, and professional challenges faced, as well as the strengths and insights gained through my clinical practicum with HML Wellness Solutions. It captures the essence of my educational journey, underscoring the growth fostered through mindfulness, resilience, and the enriching experience of working with supportive mentors. It outlines my experiences working with clients in a group setting and oneon-one sessions. These reflections are supported by literature that outlines the benefits of a positive therapeutic relationship and mindfulness-based interventions and the role of supervision in clinical development. It marks the end of my Master of Social Work (MSW) journey and the beginning of my dedicated practice in clinical social work. |
