Abstract
The purpose of the study was to measure the relation of demographic characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, health care utilization and parental health care utilization to self-injury by depressed youth. Our goal was to identify the risk factors related to self-injury among depressed British Columbian youth. Ultimately, the goal of the study was to develop a profile that would allow health care workers and parents to identify depressed youth who may self-injure. -- P.17. |
