AN A\\\ \\ —— | Playgroup | TT ] J vad al A in News \ \ Debbie Kethler ® The 1988/89 Playgroup season is in full swing. This year we have a total of 13 youngsters. All a joy in their own right. In October Mrs. Iris Trask’s students came to the Playgroup room and painted the children’s faces and then took a video tape of them all. Some children were a little reluctant to have their faces painted, but by the end of the class they all participated. We also‘had our joint Halloween Party, which was very enjoyable. Mr. Garry Periard judged the costumes, and drew the following conclusions: First - Jacquelin Rozon (Raggedy Ann) Second - Levi Kethler (Rock Star) Third - Daniel Drzimotta (Dinosaur) Third - Angela Wilson (Princess) Fourth - Bobbi-Lee Simonovic (Pumpkin) All of our little ones’ costumes were very well done. We would like to thank Tracy Kellar and Laurie Storch for a wonderful job on the Haunted House and decorating. We would also like to thank those Mum’s who baked for our Bake Sale held on October 26. Within one hour all’ the goodies were sold. We- made $103.93. In November the children were busy making de- cbrations for the Bazaar on November 19 and also for their own Christmas trees. Some of the decorations were a little different, but the majority of them were very good. We will be holding our joint Christmas Party_on December 16th, and then we will be breaking for the Holidays. Our return date is January 4, 1989.
