Over 100 members have joined up, and 2 successful social evenings have been held. — As in previous years, events are being run lasting about 3 weeks each. One difference this year is that there are league games on Sunday. Saturday is the only day free for practice. Memberships are $15 for singles and $25 for family. We hope _ they have too, we are anxious to watch all the hockey action that is planned between the new teams this season — — Junior and Senior. A coffee-bar has been set up for this season, inside the rink, bleachers are waiting for spectators to sit on, and rumour has it that some of the young girls are thinking of becoming hockey Cheerleaders, besides the Majorettes. Lots of action is forthcoming, if only the weather would co- operate. RR SKI CLUB NEWS| It is hoped that by the end of the week starting December 8th the ski hill will be _ fully in operation. All members and inter- ested new members are invited to ski any _ night the lights are on and on Satu irday & Sunday.
