This is the first time UNBC has been repre- © sented at the Games. Biathlon, which Sharp will be competing in, is to be held in the community of Forni Voltri, Italy, between January 19th and January 26th. The World University Games run between January 16th and January 26th in Tarvisio, Italy. This year, a record-setting number of countries will be partici- pating in the Games, with an estimated 1500 stu- dents from 51 countries taking part. Sharp moved to Prince George five years ago to take advantage of the opportunity to attend uni- versity while furthering her skills in biathlon, which combines cross- country skiing and target shooting.
