April 7, 1998 guitars, it could have been a little more in con- trol. If he wasn’t inebri- ated by something, he certainly gave the impression that he was. Good job! Then Zuckerbaby came back to town? These guys just can’t seem to keep away from Prince George - if any- one recalls their perfor- . mance at the Munk Bar last year. Once again we welcomed them, the crowd happy to see another band and pass- ing the happiest people to the security at the front of the stage where they would run right back into the crowd again. Zuckerbaby’s world class pop freak- out style cranked the tunes out to the crowd, impressing (once again) with their hard noted hit ‘Heavy’ and an interest- ing rendition of ‘Video Killed the Radio Star’. A success? You bet. People went home tired and enthused, looking forward to the fifth annu- al backyard barbecue. Counting down...One year to go. Thank NUGSS_ (Again) _ for pulling off the barbecue without a hitch! Above: Accordion player for the Touchtone Gurus entertains the crowd. This Year’s Orientation and Student Success Week was bigger and better hen ever. However, this would not have happened without the extremely kind and generous sponsorship and donations from these businesses. They went out of their way to help UNBC students get off on the right foot. Please help us in thanking them. 74 ral pags , BODY ¢ ‘SHOP STAPLES S4in & Marr Care Prepe rations The Office Superstore See | [HOLLYWOOD | “VIDEO KE G ‘The Prince George et Lanes : COUG ARS Beaver Foods Limited NORTHERN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT SOCIETY SAFEWAY FOOD & DRUG
