Transportation Concerns Many of us find that our class schedules don't jive well with the public transit system or that the public transit doesn’t service the area we live in. Others have very empty vehicles that we use to commute back and forth from school. And _ beyond, some would like to reduce the costs of running a vehicle. In the interests of our transportation ease and of reduced auto-emis- sions the carpooling con- nection system is being reestablished by PGPIRG. If you could use a lift up the hill or find your vehicle embarass- ingly empty, come by the PIRG office, and sign up and check out the car- pooling directory to get in touch with other students living in your residential area or on your travel route. Carpooling is a system heavily reliant on the number of participants. Feel free to drop by and ~ see how you can benefit from a network of earth- friendly transit.
