Wood. The Bride: wore a lovely rust colored dress accented with a corsage of yellow roses. Mr. & Mrs. Roger Ball had the Newlyweds for dinner. Sara and Dan are enjoying their honeymoon in Vancouver. No new improvements to announce for the past year in the Cassiar Library which is open 2:'afternoons and 2 evenings a week. Still plan on preparing a pre-school corner this winter. Adult and pre-school reading is brisk with approximately 350 adult books and approximate- ly 150 childrens and teens books going out. Have approximately 3,000 paperbacks and these are all carded. We charge a $10.00 deposit which is refunded when reader leaves Cassiar and has cut down drastically on book loss. Many comments from new comers and new teaching staff on the excellent library in a small isolated community. Susan W. Lee A Bridal Shower was held for Beverly Tomashewski .on Monday, October 13th, 1975 at her sister's home, Barbara Maki. The ladies had alot of laughs playing various games and enjoyed a nice lunch. Beverly was pleased with her many gifts and wishes to thank everyone for their good wishes and gifts. A wedding dress was made for Beverly out of the wrapping paper and her veil was a doily with bright bows taped onto it.
