The contest runs until 4:00 PM Monday October 14th. Come out and support us!

Winning entry must be willing to give ownership to the Northern Undergraduate Student Society.

All designs must incorporate the words “Northern Undergraduate Student Society,”
how you do it is up to you. |

Open to all formats (paintings, needlepoint, crochet, sketches (colour preferred),
computer (Adobe, Corel etc), but you must provide a “hardcopy” that will be used for judging.

After the deadline, entries will be narrowed down to three finalists by us (your directors),
then final judging will be done by all students one day (Thursday, Oct 17 tenatively) at the
Wintergardens,and will be done by a ballot-type vote.

Your design cannot use anything similar to “UNBC” logo, because this is what the bookstore uses, it is a
licensed trademark, and if we marketed anything like that, the bookstore would not like us.

Please help us come up with something scrumptious. This year, we are going to try a lot of new things
and without your participation we get nowhere. Also, while you’re STILL READING THIS, if you have
any good ideas, are keen/want to take some initiative, please come talk to us (john and brenda)...we are
always looking for new ideas and help.

director, and I (john) am now filling in the position of Vice-chair. Things shouldn’t change too much.
