Chop and fry 4 large onions gently in “lb margarine _or butter over low heat. Remove onions from pan - add 4 tblsp oil and over high heat quickly brown 3 lbs of floured stewing beef. Remove meat - turn heat down - then add 4 tblsp flour - stir well until light brown. Add 3 bottles of beer - boil and beat until smooth. EVENTS TO LOOK FORWARD TO IN EARLY 1977 Once the floor hockey season is completed there will be Trampoline classes offered at the School Gymnasium. There will be 10 weeks of Trampoline classes offered. By the end of the lessons you will be able to do all the basic movements. Classes will be held twice a week for a total of 20 one-hour sessions. For Children 13-16 years classes will be at 8:30 to 9:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. If earlier times become available hopefully I may be able to hold classes for younger children. Persons 17 and over classes will be held at 9:30 to 10:30 PM on Tuesday and Thurs- day. Only 15 participants to a class and the fee is: 13- 16 years - $10., 17 and over - $15.-Registration will be done prior to classes and forms will be available at the Rec Hall office in January ’77. Your instructor will be Tom Penner. Again, as soon as floor hockey is over, organized Ladies Volleyball will be offered provided interest is shown, I’ve heard a few beefs about there being no Ladies Volleyball so let’s see someone turn out this time! Volleyball will take place Wednesday evenings at 8:30 - 9:30 PM in the School Gym. Following Ladies Volleyball, men’s (ever popular) floor hockey will be offered from 9:30 - 10:30 PM Just come out, pick a team and play Hamburger Floor Hockey.
