Aerobics has been a tremen- dous hit since starting it's debut here in Cassiar, thanks to Wolfgang Pauli! Men and women alike have joined in on the road to fitness and health. Come join us for an hour of exercising and stretching to music. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There is a drop in fee of $1 per session or $10 per month for memberships. Don't just think about it. PING PONG Ping pong is currently un- organized, but if you and a friend are interested in playing, come on down to the recreation centre any time the gym -is free or when badminton is offered.
