The dog pound has now been fixed up so it is more service- able and a new dog catcher has been employed. If you have any problems with dogs, please contact the town administration office by Bob Bliss during working hours. Some thought has been given to the sidewalks in town and it has been decided thet as soon as the snow is gone from them, they will be repaired to make things a little easier for our pedestrians. We are at present trying to get some curbs put on the bridge crossing Troutliné Creek, going into Sears. There is a problem, however, in that it is located on Cassiar Resources property and, as. you probably know, they do not have a lot of money available. for this sort of project. However, we are still working on the problem and hopefully something can be resolved in the not too distant future. i A public notice board is badly needed in the Community now that the old dry goods store has closed down and work is go- ing on to get one put up in front of the new store. This will be lit up and looked after by the Town Administration Office so that if you wish to advertise you will be required to give your notice to them to put it up for you. That concludes the Town Council news for this month. If you have any problems or suggestions for the Town Council, please contact Town Administration or one of the Council mem- bers. We welcome your input.
