Says R.C.M.P. Constable * By BILL MAVOR * PROGRAM of stopping de- linguency before it begins is paying dividends for a village and a detachment of the Royal Cana- dian Mounted Police. Complaints concerning youths at Sidney have been cut sharply by utilization of the police program and equipment by detachment head, Constable George F. Kent. Children in villages are as subject to delinquency trends as their big city cousins. Two crimes and a simple comment pointed up the fact for Constable Kent.
