It’s flu season again, as

perienced or know sameane whoa has
experienced first hand. This
year, an epidemic af the Shanghai
strain seems to he striking all
af B.CG., but other strains may
alsa be prevalent. Influenza,
whatever the strain, is caused by
a Virus and is spread by person
ta person cantact ar airborne
droplet spray. That means the

someone has caughed oar sneezed
into the air we breathe or if we

touch our faces with contaminated
articles such as scarves, hankies
or even cur hands. Be aware that
