I had hoped to see a bit mre in the
modern or abstract Lincs, ani would commend
Tomy Lobbes on his teothpick sculpture in
open form, but more particularly on his
choice ef names for his work. The need of
the artist to cormunicate was most apparent
here «

Peter Horn’s cobwebby effects on black
velvet were very effective, but proved tco
much for the children when they discovered
his media was bubble gum and we noticed
part. of it missing at the end of the show.

I like going to Art Shows (I would never
miss one if I could help it) and I really
| enjoyed this one. It is going te give ne
something to think about, for a long time. i
