For the past weeks grocery shopping has been something of a hazard in Cassiar. “What is happen ing?’ you asked as you continually found your- self and buggy blocked off by refrigerators. Were there really ‘‘Pampers”’ in a freezer? By now you will have discovered that these in- conveniences were all worthwhile as the renov- ations in the store have been completed. There is now an additional 20 feet of cooler space and 24 feet of freezer space. Also, one Produce Case has been replaced by a refrigerated unit. These renovations should make shopping a far less harrowing experience, The extra units will greatly improve the efficiency of the store, as a greater variety of produce can be displayed - thus eliminating the wait while someone fetches what you want from storage. The additional space will also be useful in that if there should be a break- down in one of the units, produce can be relocat- _ ed and less spoilage will occur, A | Gébd BEsSsES.
