W.A.C.Bennett, Prem-= ier of the Province, am L.J. Wall- ace, General Chairman of the Brit- ish Columbia Centennial '71 Com- ittee. In addition to the certificates, there will be special recogition for those born during the first 71 minutes of July 20, 1971. Each of these babies will receive 100 "Centennial Dollar Coins" from the British Columbia Centennial '71 Committee. L.J. Wallace, General Chairman of the Provincial Centennial Comm- ittee, said: "This is our way of honouring the Province's newest citizens." Mr. Wallace said the co-operat= ion of the medical profession &nd hospital administrators will make it possible for the Provincial Centennial '71 Committee to keep an accurate record of births and times.
