UNBC regarding furniture,
computer hook-ups, etc., and the

less than satisfactory manner in |
which the university dealt with these
problems.

The university has been ordered, and has agreed to
pay, the sum of $150 in damages to each resident who
occupied room 306N from September 1994 to
December 1994. The two foreign students (Ivan and

Petri who occupied 306N) will not be compensated due

to the fact they were not available to present their own
case.
