Transportation : The Cassiar Group is 18 miles from tidewater at the head of Portland Canal, and is reached by first class road from Stewart, B. C., to Hyder, Alaska, and thence through the Alaska strip up the Salmon River valley to the Premier Mine, the road terminating at the B. C. Silver Mine, and thence by trail to the Company’s property, a further distance of four miles. | Extent of Properties: The Cassiar group consists of seven mineral claims and frac- tions, four of which are Crown Granted. -The area approximate 270 acres. The Shamrock Group comprises two Crown Granted claims and one large fractional claim, the three claims approxi- mating 140 acres: or a total of over 400 acres in the two groups. Mineralization : On the Sullivan and Vandal Fractional mineral claims, a vein eight feet wide outcrops in a draw and is traceable for several hundred feet. (See Cut No. 2.)
