TO ALL RESIDENTS IN AND AROUND CASSIAR -

Because we would like to help you all
as much as possible, we also need your
co-operation.

For some time now we have passed out
INFORMATION SHEETS, which have the
Doctor's hours, Telephone numbers, Visit-
ing hours and other information pertaining
to the Hospital, CLEARLY STATED. This
information is designed for efficient
service to the Public and we earnestly
request your CO-OPERATION in observing
the rules.

WE ESPECIALLY REQUEST THAT MONEY IS
AVAILABLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF DRUGS,
X-RAYS, SUTURES AND SOME OTHER SERVICES.

Also it would be appreciated if Mothers
who are unable to accompany their children
to the Doctor, could send a message or
telephone the Doctor prior to the visit -
AND SUPPLY THE CHILD WITH MONEY FOR DRUGS,

Information Sheets may be obtained from
the Hospital and we would appreciate if
every household would keep one for their
interest.
