I feel that every-one in Cassiar should be aware of what is hap- pening in our town. Last week a truck came to town selling groceries and vege- tables. He stayed overnight and left the next morning. Before leaving he told myself and seve- ral other people in the post of- fice that the Company had told him that he could not sell pro- duce from his truck. He also said that “he was told that from now on no-one would be allowed to sell produce from their trucks in this town. I feel that this is an in- fringement on both ourselves as residents of Cassiar and on the people who go to the trouble to bring us a little variety. Af- ter all this is supposed to be Canada, the free country. Would you please find out if this is true.
