HUMBER The Business School www.obusiness.humberc.on.c¢ca Fast and Tasty Pasta Sauce This is a recipe that almost any- one can follow and get right the first time. The only problem is that it serves six (I grew up ina big family), so you might want to make a batch & freeze it in indi- vidual packages. The ingredi- ents are cheap and easy to find, and it only takes a few minutes to get ready. While it is cooking you might want to put on the spaget- tie, but that’s up to you. Tasty Tuna For the student on a budget casseroles are great. They are easy to make and inexpensive to prepare. This casserole | made up on my own one night when | was really hungry without much time or gumption. The key to cooking is be a lot creative with little common sense. Use what you have to make a tasty combo of flavours that you happen to like. This is a great chance for you to get rid of leftovers in a way that you won't be saying, “Eew, | don’t want to eat leftovers again tonight. Let’s order pizza”. And if you don’t like tuna for some crazy reason you can substitute chick- en or any other meat. Ingredients: 0.5 kg ground beef 1 large can of tomato sauce 1 can tomato soup 1 can stewed tomatoes . (optional) 1 can mushrooms Brown and rinse ground beef, then add other ingredients and simmer until hot.
