My Toxic Flesh

| smoke too many cigarettes

| don’t care, cause I’m the best

My bones are dressed in toxic flesh
From the things | ate last week

Hey now, put it on again that’s easy.
Hey now, put it off again.
Poison sex and my sperm are lazy

| smoke too many cigarettes

| don’t care, about bad breath
My head’s a mess of toxic flesh
And | think I’ve sprung a leak

Hey now, put it on again, that’s easy.
Hey now, eat the garbageman
His flesh will be soft ‘cause he’s lazy

| went to stare, there was a beam.

| said hey man that’s easy,

I’ve been blessed with toxic flesh

So | know that the bear won’t eat me.

Two candles lit

One for the body

One for the mind

Although both are separate

They will burn together

in an effort to leave darkness behind

The light of hope burns

But where there is light

There will be a shadow

Two candles burning to melt away
The coldness, much like the spring
Sun melts away the snow.

There is warmth in the heart
Despite the shadows that linger
No more shall there be any force
That is an act of pointing finger

A faceless blame , brought upon
The strong to make them weak
When it gets unbearable,

It is with tears that one will speak.

Two candles burning
So much more than wick and wax

Not to stumble. on it’s own tracks.

It is on a lonely night such as this
That two flames burn for me

| am trying my hardest to live this life
Without the misery.
