15. No person shall drive a motor vehicle which is in an
unsafe condition upon any road.

16. Every person driving or operating or in charge of
a motor vehicle on a road shall:

(a) Stop his motor vehicle when signalled or
requested to stop by any police officer or
constable;

(b) When requested by a police officer or constable
produce or exhibit his driver’s licence;

(c) State correctly his name and address and the
name and address of the owner of the motor
vehicle when requested by any police officer or
constable to state the same.
