“Road” includes any roadway or trail within the property owned or controlled by the Company, con- structed or used for vehicular traffic. 2. These rules and regulations shall not apply to the mine-mill road which is closed to all unauthorized traffic. 3. Every person driving a motor vehicle on a road in the property owned by the Company shall: (a) Travel on the right-hand side of the road; (b) Obey traffic signs as posted and give signals the same as on public highways. 4, In case a person travelling or being upon a road in charge of a vehicle propelled by any means meets another vehicle, he shall reasonably turn out from the centre of the travelled portion of the road, allowing the vehicle so met one-half of the travelled portion of the road. 5. Except where otherwise posted, the person in charge of a vehicle on a road shall have the right of way over the person in charge of another vehicle approaching from the left upon an intercommunicating road, and shall give the right of way to the person in charge of another vehicle approaching from the right upon an intercommunicating road; but the provisions of this section shall not excuse any person from the exercise of proper care at all times. 6. In case a person travelling on a road in charge of a vehicle is overtaken by any vehicle travelling at a greater speed, the person so overtaken shall as soon as practicable turn out to the right and allow the over- taking vehicle to pass, and shall not increase the speed of ne vehicle until completely passed by the overtaking vehicle. 7. In case a person travelling on a road in charge of a vehicle overtakes any vehicle, it shall be the duty of such person to turn out to the left; and if he finds it impracticable to turn out as aforesaid, he shall so regulate the speed of his vehicle so as to allow the overtaken vehicle to precede him to some point on the road where such turning out to the left and a passing can be safely effected. 27
