Minor mobile equipment emissions and the Mine Garage
furnace have been exempted.

The Plantsite Permit Application, which includes
the Powerhouse, Steam Plant, Dryers, Mill, D.R.S., and
garage and warehouse furnaces, is being held in abeyance
until the effects of improvements are known and the
results of pre-Permit monitoring programs are analysed.
The Tailings area is basically a discharge onto land,
and as such is not considered an Emission Permit area.
