It was recommended by the Ministers of the Crown that a Brief be prepared by

describing the economic impact on the Province of British Columbia which would
result. The Brief would provide the factual information required for consider-
ation of modification to the existing road weight allowance for this specific
highway.

The Brief developed herein is in response to the recommendations of the
Ministers of the Crown.
