The program has been initiated by a group of residents of Cassiar who hope to use this as a pilot project that may be continued in the spring. Speakers in fields of social endeavour have been invited to come to Cassiar to address open meetings and discuss various aspects of human development and inter-person relation- ships in various aspects of life. Subjects proposed to date are family life, Indian affairs, alcoholism, and as soon as arrangements are finalized, time, place and date will be announced by way of posters and notices. This will be a good time to widen the scope of communication with our neighbours both within and beyond the borders of our community.
