and valley, and consequently the country rock is mainly dykes of quartz
diorite. Most of the development work, consisting of several open-cuts
and a long adit, has been done on a vein 2 to 25 feet wide and proved
to be at least 700 feet long (See Figure 5). The vein is parallel to the
zone of dykes. It expands and narrows greatly within short distances.
