Two very important events in the life of the school were Reception and Confirmation by which a number of students became members of the Church of England and the United Church of Canada. Impressive services, long to be remembered, were held. His Grace Archbishop De Pencier delivered the address in St. John’s and the Rev. S. S. Osterhout, Ph.D., addressed a class at Coqualeetza.
