8. No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle upon a road at a greater speed than: (a) When travelling through school zone on school days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — 15 miles per hour; (b) Between dawn and dusk when travelling through areas which have been designated as children’s playgrounds — 15 miles per hour; (c) Maximum speed not otherwise restricted by signs — 20 miles per hour. 9. Except where necessary to avoid conflict with traffic or to comply with the law or the directions of a peace officer or a traffic control sign, no person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle: (a) So as to obstruct the normal flow of traffic; (b) In areas marked “No Parking’”’; (c) In front of a private driveway; (d) In a manner that obstructs access to a fire hydrant. 10. No person shall operate a motor vehicle other than a motor vehicle owned by the Company upon a road unless such first mentioned motor vehicle shall be eae aS required by Section 4 of the “Motor-vehicle Ct: 11. No person shall operate a motor vehicle unless he is the holder of a valid driver’s licence issued under Section 18 of the “Motor-vehicle Act’’. 12. No person shall operate a motor vehicle other than a motor vehicle owned by the Company unless he is in possession of proof of financial responsibility as defined by the “Motor-vehicle Act’. 18. No person being in possession of a motor vehicle shall permit the motor vehicle to be driven or operated by a minor who is not the holder of a subsisting driver’s licence permitting such operation issued pursuant to the “Motor-vehicle Act”. 14. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on a road without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road. 28
