OPEN HOUSE A large number of parents and students attended the first Open House and Report Card Night of the school year on the evening of November 23. The evening in- cluded drama, music and art dis- plays, and I would like to’ thank the staff members and students, particulary Mr. Baker, who worked so hard to make this evening a success. REMEMBERANCE DAY ASSEMBLY students of Cas- held an assembly on Friday November 10 to honour the many Canadian men and women who sacrificed their lives’ for our country. The assembly was a very moving experience, and was co-ordinated by Mr. Baker and his drama and music students. Staff and siar Secondary SPORTS DESK The intramural season concluded on Friday, ember 3 and the winning team was Team CANADA, whose members in- cluded Dan Walters, David Liddle, Mark Wypych, Patricia Gorski, Shannon Joseph, Alan Artico and Jennifer Brignall. The next intramural activity is, in keeping with the spirit of the World Series, indoor base~- ball. The league is comprised of four Leams, the Athletics, Giants, Blue Jays, and in rev- erence to Mr. Waldera, The Twins.
