Management has decided to sponsor
the entry of a First Aid team in th
First Aid competition to be held at
Kamloops on June 13th.

This is the R.C.central Mine Safety
Association First Aid and Mine Res-

' cue competition which is an annual

event and is conducted jointly by
the Nepartment of Mines & Petroleum
Resources, the ‘orknen's Compensa-
tion Roard and the St.John Ambulance
Association.

Fach team is comprised of a captain,
vice captain and three others. Rut,
although the selection of a team
must eventuelly be limited to five
people, it is hoped that as many as
possible with First Aid training and
interest will turn out to the prac-
tices and compete for a place on the
team.

Even though you may not be chosen
this year, it is probable that an-
other team may be entered next year
and only your presence will denote
interest, and only your efforts will
increase proficiency.
