If you leave the employment of the Company, it is pos- sible to transfer to an associated organization, the M.S.L., but transfer must be made within 30 days of ceasing to be a member of the M.S.A. If you are already a member of the M.S.A., produce your membership card when signing on. Once issued, your M.S.A. card should be carried with you and will have to be produced at the hospital in order that the doctor can send his account to the M.S.A. B.C. HOSPITAL INSURANCE SERVICE After 3 months’ residence in British Columbia, em- ployees and their dependents become eligible for coverage under the B.C.H.I.S. which will pay all hospital charges if you are admitted, except for a nominal fee of $1.00 per day. COOKERY Standard Meal Hours: (Subject to change) Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Lunch: 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. Dinner: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.,, 12300" pile - 32-23 0 varm. Board shall consist of 3 full standard meals per day, the menu of which shall be posted. A take-out lunch is considerec as a standard meal. Additional charges will be made for extras. The cookery will be open for general short order ser- vice during regular hours. Prices for this service are posted in the cookery. The dining room must be cleared by 2:30 p.m. every day. Late meal passes are required for service at other than specified hours. These passes must be issued and signed by the Department Head or his authorized deputy. Your numbered tag must be produced on request to the checker. This is your dining room - keep it as such by main- taining proper conduct. Lunch slips should be filled in correctly - as indicated on the menu board displayed in the dining room - and must be deposited in the box provided. Drunkeness will not be tolerated and the cookery staff are empowered to refuse to serve employees entering the dining room in an intoxicated state.
