Alternative Transportation Strategies Group Elizabeth Lee The Alternative Transportation Strategies Group is a group of six students researching alternative transportation strategies for Prince George as a part of our Environmental Science Course. Our group has researched the strategies presently in place by the Prince George Transit System, and the City of Prince George, and have also interviewed and taped various citizen groups and businesses regarding transportation accessibility in Prince George. We are endeavouring to compile information to present to the City of Prince George's Transportation Committee on how satisfied the public is regarding public transit, walkways, trails, footpaths and bicycle paths, sidewalk maintenance and safety measures for the non-vehicular public. We would like to encourage the UNBC community to participate in our survey that will be conducted March 11 to 15, and to assist the Alternative Transportation Strategies Group by writing your comments on the various sheets displayed around the campus grounds. # What gets your paper good marks? # What will profs look for at the end of the term? # What creative style twist could you pull from another discipline?
