Lions Giant Bingo a Success

The Lions Giant Bingo held on Saturday, April 26th
was very well received by the 300 people who attended the
Bingo. There were $1,170 in prizes distributed over 10
games with the jack pot prize of $500.00.

At one point during the evening, everyone stood and
sang Happy Birthday to Johnny Jack as it was his 72nd
birthday. Johnny has spent all of his 72 years in the
Stikine District. We all wish you many more, Johnny.

Thanks to Werner Schneeberger for installing new
speakers in the Rec. Centre and for setting up the P.A.
system.

Rose and August Ebbinghoff were the happiest couple in
CasSiar, April 26th as Rose won $25.00 and then August

Also thanks to Chairman, Lion Dick McClellan, the won the bingo jack pot of $500.00. Congratulations and

evening went over very well and the $600 profit will go have a nice vacation.
