On July 3rd, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church was the scene of a pretty wedding in which Miss Elizateth Trougnion, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Troughton, Auckland, N.2. was imited in marriage with Mr. Frank Egyed. Father McAllister officiated at the ceremony, Mrs. L. Kamlah was the organist. The bride's attendent was Miss Yine Kawerau, bestman, Mr. Tony Lemenchik and the ushers were Meseers. Desnond MeFerran and Leonard McCracken. The reception was held at the Commmity Centre. The Master of Cer- emonies, Mr. Gordon Edwards proposed ine toast to the bride and thts was replied to by the groom. Telegrams were read by the bestman, Mr. Rowan Rowett acted on behalf of the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Egyed of Hungary. As the group left the church the bride was presented with a beautt- fully decorated rolling pin by Mr. Juve Fitzsimmons!
