The men are currently ranked 11th in the country and the women are ranked 12th. During first semester the men posted an impressive 5 and 2 record and would likely be ranked higher had they played as many games as those teams ranked above them. The women won 4 games and lost 3 and will be looking to some key players to step up in the second half of the season. The men’s team had a late Christmas present in the form of 6 foot 6, 240 pound Queen Charlotte Islands native Abe ~ Brown. The huge post will be a force to be reckoned with especially since few besides the WWE?’s Big Show will be wilderness trips, field sports, equestrian. and application. C : Combined c dcare/teaching. The women’s team on the other will lose the services of guard/forward Rupi Gill this semester as Rupi has chosen to focus more on her school work. This was Gill’s second year on the team and she felt it _was in her best interest to up her course load and down her commitment to basketball. The Timberwolves next home games will be on January 24th and 25th against Douglas College and Kwantlen College. The games are played at CNC and the women’s starts are 6:30pm and 6:00pm while the men will be tipping off at 8:15pm and 8:00pm.
