LEAGUE RULES

Entry Fee: $150 plus $100 refindable performance bond. The performance bond
will be returmed to the teams after the tournament in June.

Entry fee and performance bond must be paid by Wednesday, May 30. No team will
be allowed to play after this date if they have not paid all their monies due.

A $25 fine will be imposed each time a team fails to field a team or provide
umpires when they are required to do so.

All games will start at 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. except for Sunday games which
will start at--2:00 p.m.

Ateam must have a minimum of 9 players, 3 of whom must be women, for a game to
be played. :

A regular team shall consist of 10 players, 6 men and 4 women. A team cannot
have more then 6 men on the field at any given time.

Any team that cannot field the minimum'number of players by 10 minutes after
the scheduled start of a game, shall forfeit that game.

A 10 run mercy rule shall only be in effect during tournament play.

A committment line, 20 feet from home plate, on the third base line shall be
used for the entire season. The committment line means, that once a base runner
crosses that line, that player must continue on to home plate. They cannot re-
turn to third base, if they do they shall be called out.The paly at home plate
shall be considered a force play, the runner need not be tagged out.
