Time Air To Study Cassiar Complaints Lost luggage, delayed flights, cancelled flights and poor service are all included in a long list of complaints re- ceived by Time Air from Cassiar and Watson Lake residents. Jennifer Leach-Trask, mana- ger for Time Air at Fort Nelson, contacted by phone recently, rea- dily admitted that service has deteriorated drastically over the past couple of months. "I have circulated the complaints to the interested parties, and to our head office in my last report," Trask informed us. "As a result, we are meeting immediately and will F leased to keep you in- formed ot our decisions." Time Air has’ had operating authority. into Watson Lake for the past year and although there have been some ongoing complaints (some can be expected by any air- line servicing this area), there has been a dramatic increase in complaints from the Cassiar area. The Watson Lake connection is important to the residents of Cassiar as it is the closest connection for the area. Alter- native routes from Terrace or Whitehorse require a_ great deal more driving time and are there- fore less desirable. INSIDE! C.S.5.
