It's that
again. Winter
bring an

time of

seems to
increase on the number
of dog related problems.

Being a dog owner who works

diligently at keeping my dog
fenced in, because firstly; I do
not. want her running at large and
secondly; it is renowned that she
may bite and I get ten complaints
if people even think they see her
loose. . Myself, I think can un-
@erstandably become very upset at
pet owners who don't give a damn.

Now I know that there are a
number of pet owners that work
hard at attempting to keep their

dogs confined and especialy in
our winter conditions this can
become a tedious chore, but

nevertheless as RESPONSIBLE cit-
izens we do it.

But what about the rest of
the people who own not only one,
but two or three dogs? I am get-
ting sick and tired of having
dogs pee on my equipment and shit
in my front yard, and jump down

_ into my enclosure and attempt to

lure my dog out. I am sure other
people are just as sick and tired
of dogs roaming all over town be-
ing a general nuisance, stinking
up the town and being as poten-

tialy dangerous as my dog,
so because mine is-at home.

The way I see it, there are
possibly three groups of people
who could if they wanted to, or

should be responsible, "the

the DOG.
