Caw C72 3 ey, On December 7, 1973, The Anglican Church waS once again beautifull decorated, pews were pushed aside and tables were set up to hold a bewildering array of @Qainties. Well over 150 ladies attended the Annual Christmas Tea. Several years ago a few members of the Anglican Church thought it would be a good idea to have a tea to which all the ladies in and around Cassiar could come to meet the new people, make friends, and promote fellowship. About 3 or 4 years ago this event became a joint effort of the local churches and each year the tea starts off the Christmas Season in Cassiar. Sanday School ™ ageant At 7:30 p.m. Sunday, December 16th, the children and young people of All Saints Community Church spoke and sung the traditional .Christmas Story in verse and carol form to their parents and friends assembled in the Church. After the concert, candy and presents were handed out to the children. Thanks are extended to Raymond Burton who designed and created the angels costumes and to the adults who helped get the pageant together. Special thanks to the children who so enthusiastically per- formed their individual roles and to their parents who came to support and share their experience, 4
