In the Snow

The Fitness Center has dusted
off the cross country skis,
boots and poles just in time for
the snow to fall. You can rent
these by the day, or for the
weekend. Come by the PIT and
make sure we have your size.

The Intramural Scene

Results of the leagues are
updated weekly on the
intramural boards across from
the squash courts.

The seasons will last until
early March with playoffs
being concluded by the end of
March.

Suggestions

If you have any cotaments or

suggestions, feel free to come
to the PIT and talk to anyone
there or leave a note in the
suggestion box. We are always
looking for ways to improve
our programs and services.

Volunteers

The fitness Centre is always
actively looking for volunteers
to help with special events and
Intramurals. If you are
interested, please come and
talk to us. Volunteers will
receive free equipment rental
depending on the amount of
time. they put in.

Shoe Tags

All students are required to get
their new GREY shoe tag for
the winter semester. The purple
one will no longer work, so

come and get your tag.
Upcoming Events

Keep your eyes and ears open
for some exciting upcoming
events going on at the Fitness
Centre. These include a sports
trivia contest and a 3 on 3
basketball tournament.

Strength Training Course

The Fitness Centre will be

holding a strength course from

March 15-April 15. The course |

runs on Tuesdays from 6-10
p.m. and Saturdays from 9-1
p.m. The price is $115 for
members and $140 for non-

members. The core theory isa _

pre-requisite for this course.
