The Electrical Department, because of its relatively small crew, did not quite reach the number of manhours required for a B.C. Safety Council Award of Honour, however the Department has completed ten years of accident free service to the Company and has won the Trophy every year since it was put up for competition. We are all proud of the men of these Depart- ments who can show us that the job can be done safely if we really put our minds to-it. These men have really worked for safety. Congratulations from us all. A PUZZLER Editor's Note..... the following paragraph is placed here for your education and bewilderment. Read it and allow yourself enough time to figure out what is unusual. This is an unusual paragraph. How quickly can you find out why? You must do it on vour own without any coaching. No doubt if vou work at it and look at it in all ways, it will dawn on you - who knows? Go to work and try vour skill. Most girls think it out in half an hour. How will you do? Always put off till tomorrow what your'e going to make a mess of today. For a little while, at least until we become proficient in operating this Press, we ask you to bear with us. We acknowledge that the Printers who have put out our recent copies have done a wonderful job, but we feel that there will be a lot more satisfaction (and knowledge) gained from printing our own. Satisfa€tion is not the only thing we have gained, you would be surprised how much effort goes into this little publication. We don't crave either sympathy or compliments - just co-operation.
