Some 24° guests and the King and Queen Gary Perriard and Jay Dahlgren enjoyed the feast which consisted of:- Chicken Gusset Lettuce Tansie Parmysant Oysters in Claret Manchet Bread Stoffado of Pig. Potato Paste with Curds and Cream Roste Pheasant Roste Rabbit Brook Trout in Orange and Wine Roste Chicken Boyle Pigeons with Grapes Cheddar Cheese and Apples Trifle And plenty of wine, punch and beer to wash it down. Most of the dishes were prepared as in the Olde English Tradition by Derek from the Isle of Man. Here are a few recipes used for the occasion. PARMYSANT A seasoning for the meat or poultry. 8 Tblsp. The Cassiar Men’s and Women’s Fastball teams travelled to Canada Tungsten, N.W.T., on June 21st and 22nd and were undefeated in all their games, They travelled to Tungsten by Watson Lake Bus Services funded by Cassiar Asbestos Corporation Ltd. The men won all their games and walked away with $500 - 1st prize money, a trophy for first place and the best Pitcher award going to John Drzimotta of Cassiar.
