COMMENCEMEN ANNUAL Dining Room MISS J. R. NEWINGTON The dining room has been conducted along the usual lines with a few alterations tending to lessen the work. The girls always have shown themselves ready and willing to help in any emergency. It was interesting to notice the efficiency of the girls whose duties increased during the Christmas festive season. Almost without exception the dining-room girls have worked well and cheerfully. Special credit is due to those who assisted at the banquets, parties and on special occasions. They showed themselves capable and reliable. Laundry MISS B. M. NICKLIN This has been a very satisfactory year in the laundry. The girls have shown great progress and perseverance in their work. The laundering is done by electricity and steam. Many thousands of garments are handled weekly and the laundry has been done this year with a minimum of damage to the clothes. The girls take a keen interest and they are always anxious to do their best. Special mention should be made of May Marks, Dora White, Phyllis Parker, Olive Munro, Eva Dick and Dorothy Charlie.
