and a booth of Brownie Crafts.
Dispite the poor turnout by the public,
the girls enjoyed themselves immensley.
This.was especially true during the breas-
ing of the Pinatas. (A Pinata is a dec-
orated form filled with candy and hung
from a cord). Each Brownie was blindfoldec
and allowed three swings at the Pinata,
using a decorated stick, The excitrent

Mrs. Mina Dudas made the Brownie Pinata

A thrilling experience for two Brownies
in March was the occasion of their “Flying
Up'' to Guides. <A girl who has completed
every Brownie test and has two years in
the Pack earns her wings and the right to
"Ely'' up to Guides.

EASTER BASKETS

Each year the Guides and Browmies pro-
vide a service to the community in the
preparation and sale of Easter Baskets. i ; _j

The primary aim of the baskets is for ee a ees a
the fun and benefit of the community, not ; wok ok

ered for sale as cheaply as possible.
