THIS, we are happy to announce, is our Victory number.
And again no effort has been spared to give our readers
the stories they like; tales of police work at home and
abroad, with those intimate glimpses of the men who
police British Columbia and maintain the law on Canada’s
Pacific seaboard.

And now, standing on the threshold of a new era, these
guardians of British Columbia's peace are ready to do their
part in meeting the challenge of tomorrow's peace time
problems.

Their eighty-seven year record of public service is a
gripping record of duty faithfully performed, and each
issue of the Force’s magazine is an invitation to share with
them some part of their colourful story.
